Achieving high quality postgraduate medical education by establishing mandatory requirements for the level of training of students in residency in the specialty Forensic Medical Examination; education of future specialists who respect the Constitution of the country, traditions and values of the Turkic-speaking peoples, who have national and spiritual values; сreating a system for monitoring the effectiveness of educational and scientific organizations that train resident trainees in the specialty Forensic Medical Examination and regulating the educational process.

Graduates of the University who enter the residency pass a comprehensive test for groups of educational programs, consisting of a foreign language test, a test for the profile of a group of educational programs, and a test to determine readiness for training. Persons entering the residency with English language of study pass a comlpex test consisting of a test for the profile of a group of educational programs in English and a test to determine readiness for training in Kazakh or Russian (optional).Admission to the residency is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance examinations of persons who have mastered the educational programs of higher education. Admission of foreign citizens to the residency is carried out on a paid basis.

Healthcare organizations of all types and types, regardless of ownership and departmental subordination, organization of professional medical education, higher education institutions, research institutes, institutions for advanced training and retraining of health care workers, authorized and local health authorities.
